Guarantees and Cancellations

A 50% deposit is required to hold all function dates.  The amount of the deposit is based on the menu and number of seats you are asking us to reserve for your party.  The deposit will be charged when the signed contract is returned, and will be applied in full to your bill at the conclusion of your meal.  This deposit is refundable only if cancellation is made 30 days or more from the day of the event, after which it becomes non-refundable.  For group reservations booked within 30 days of the event, the deposit is not refundable.  The dates will be specifically named in your contract.  At the time of executing the contract, you will be asked to guarantee a certain number of guests.  Additional guests will be billed at the same rate specified in the contract, subject to availability.

 

Banquet Facilities

Banquet facilities and actual seating placements are assigned according to the anticipated guaranteed number of guests.  350 Main Brasserie and or The Spur reserves the right to change seating locations, should guaranteed numbers change.

 

Guest Payment

All functions are to be paid in full at the end of the evening.  The client agrees that by signing the guest contract and bill for services/food/beverages, the client is acknowledging the fact that there is no dispute over such services.  Therefore, the client is solely responsible for the complete payment of the total amount due.  For payment we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Company Check, or Cashiers Check.  Direct billing is also available upon request.

 

Service Charge

All food and beverage are subject to a 17% service charge, a 3% administration charge, and 8.45% State of Utah sales tax.

 

Music and Entertainment

Music and entertainment, as well as audio-visual requirements can be provided with advance notice for an additional fee.   An in-house sound system provides background music.

 

Smoking

350 Main and The Spur are smoke-free establishments.


Transportation and Parking

350 Main and The Spur are strategically located on the beautiful and historic Old Town Main Street.  We can recommend or arrange for transportation to and from our facility.  Park City Ordinance provides for two-minute drop-off and pick-up at our main entrance at 350 Main Street.  Free public parking is available in the China Bridge parking structure directly behind the restaurant on Swede Alley, with a four hour limit. Public parking is also available on Main Street for $1 per hour between 11 AM and 8 PM, with a four hour limit. Park City parking fees may apply depending on the time of year.

 

Security and Liability

350 Main Street Brasserie and or The Spur will not accept responsibility for damage to or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the restaurant prior to, during, or following an event.  If valuable items are brought to/left in our facilities, retaining a bonded security patrol is recommended.   Coat check may be arranged for in advance for an additional fee.  Security may be required for private functions requiring crowd control and listed guest check-in.  350 Main and The Spur reserve the right to inspect and control all events.  Liability for damage to the premises, as well as stolen items, will be charge accordingly.  Any items placed on walls or directional signs must meet with the approval of 350 Main and or The Spur management.  The client accepts responsibility for any and all damages incurred.



Group Pricing


Banquet Food and Beverage

Menu prices vary seasonally.  Our desserts are absolutely scrumptious and should not to be missed!  Additional dessert plates are available with advance notice.  Menus will be provided separately, and we are happy to assist in menu creation as well as wine accompaniment.

 

Alcohol Beverages

All beverages are charged per consumption.  All alcohol must be provided by our restaurant at a banquet event.  A wine list is available for advanced selection.   A separate open bar tab can be accommodated.

 

Seating Times

The following seating parameters are applied only during our peak season, from Christmas through Easter.  The rest of the year we have much more flexibility.  We allow two hours for your event unless other arrangements are made.

350 Main

· Early seating is before 6:30pm.

· Late seating is after 8:30pm – must conclude event by midnight, unless prior arrangements have been made with the banquet manager and restaurant manager

· Seating between 6:30-8:30pm is available at additional 1.5x the menu pricing.

 

The Spur (you must be 21 or older to enter The Spur)

· Early seating is from 4pm to 7pm and must be concluded by 9pm

· Seating after 7pm is available at additional 1.5x the menu pricing.

Seating times other than that listed or exclusive use of the restaurant are available as a “buy-out” of the restaurant.  Seating arrangements are setup to accommodate room size.

The Spur Bar & Grill total capacity dining is 100 persons and for a standing reception is 200 persons.
